How this website handles information you share with us.
This page describes what this website — operated by Pentecostal Christian Church Incorporated (PCCI) — collects, why, and what happens to it. It only covers this website; it isn't a statement about anything a local affiliated church does on its own outside of this site.
What we collect
The only information this site actively collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message. We don't run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on this site, and we don't use cookies to track you across visits or other websites — the only cookie this site sets is a technical session cookie needed to make the contact form work securely. The "Near Me" button on the Find a Church page asks your browser for your device's location so it can show you the nearest churches — that location is used only in your own browser to sort the list and is never sent to our server or stored anywhere.
What we do with it
Contact form submissions are stored and reviewed by National Office staff to respond to your message. We don't sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we don't use it for marketing.
Church, event, and leader photos
Photos of churches, pastors, and other church leaders shown on this site are uploaded by National Office or church staff — not submitted by visitors — and are publicly displayed as part of each church's or event's listing.
How long we keep it
We don't currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule for contact form submissions — they're kept until a staff member removes them. If you'd like your submission deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.
Your rights
As a Philippine organization, PCCI's handling of personal information is subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.
